Sausage Dip

One of my co-workers brought this to work adn shared with everyone. I had to have the recipe. And it is super easy and goes with our dip nights! Winner!

 

Sausage Dip - adapted from Erick Bramstead
1 pound Italian sausage
16 oz. cream cheese
1 can Rotel 

Brown sausage over medium heat and drain. Add in cream cheese and Rotel, stir until smooth.  Keep warm until serving.
